By accessing or using the Anarchy Research website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from Anarchy Research LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
All products sold by Anarchy Research are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, or any other use not explicitly described as in-vitro research.
By purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are purchasing products exclusively for legitimate research purposes; (c) you will not use, administer, or facilitate the use of any product for human or animal consumption; and (d) you have the appropriate knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect the products will be used in violation of this policy.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
All products are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party laboratory. COAs specify the purity, identity, and other quality metrics of each batch. Products are guaranteed to meet the purity specifications stated on their respective COA.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline any order at our sole discretion.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and Zelle. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact our support team at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals and quality assurance concerns.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Anarchy Research LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anarchy Research LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our products for any specific research application. You assume full responsibility for the use of our products in your research.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
