Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Service Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time but is being evaluated for future availability. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged in temperature-safe materials to ensure product integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed glass vials with protective packaging. Discreet, unmarked outer packaging is used for all shipments.

Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of the original delivery date. Products must be in their original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return due to the nature of research chemicals and our commitment to quality assurance.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at AnarchyResearchLLC@gmail.com or call +972-836-9663 with your order number.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
